Jubilee Prayer
O Lord, Jesus Christ, our God, You have brought us together as a
parish-community to celebrate our Golden Jubilee.
Teach us to appreciate the treasures that You have bestowed upon
us. Remind us that all we have, all we do, all we think belongs
to You, the Source of Life. Keep our community in a spirit of
compassion, generosity, forgiveness and mindfulness, loving one
another as You commanded. Teach us to discern Your Holy Will
every day of our lives and give us the courage to act upon it.
Give us the grace we need to be true ambassadors of Your
compassion and witnesses of Your unending mercy. Enlighten our
minds and our hearts that we may celebrate with abundant joy the
Golden Anni-versary of our parish.
We ask this through the prayers of the holy Mother of God, of
Saint Demetrius the Great-Martyr our patron saint and of all the
Saints; and we give glory, thanks, and worship to You, Father,
Son and Holy Spirit, now and for ever and ever. Amen.

Господи, Ісусе Христе, Боже наш, Ти нас злучив разом яко
парафіяльну спільноту, щоб святкувати
разом наш Золотий Ювілей.
Навчи нас з вдячністю приймати усі дари, що Ти на
нас
зсилаєш. Все, що ми маємо, робимо, думаємо,
- належить Тобі - Джерелу Життя.
Утверди нашу
спільноту в дусї милосердя,
щедрості, прощення, мудрості та любові один до одного, так як Ти
нам
заповів. Навчи нас кожного дня
иашого життя
розпізнавати Твою святу волю та
дай иам відвагу
жити згідно неї.
Зішли нам благодать, якої потребуємо, щоб бути
правдивими вісниками Твого
милосердя та
свідками Твоеї безконечної ласки.
Просвіти наші
уми та серця, щоб ми могли
святкувати з великою
радістю Золотий Ювілей нашої
парафії.
Молитвами Пресвятої Богородиці, Святого Великомученика Димитрія,
нашого покровителя, і
всіх святих, і Тобі славу, і
подяку, і поклін
засилаємо, Отцю, і Сину, і
Святому Духові,
нині і
повсякчас, і на віки віків.
