Purpose

A weekend event in late June, 2009 to celebrate the 5othYear for St. Demetrius Parish. An opportunity to showcase our heritage to the community at large both in Canada & U.S.A. The festival will encompass not only our Ukrainian culture but also our Byzantine Catholic Church traditions and history. Team leaders and volunteers are needed to help coordinate and execute the three day festival: Arts & Culture* Food & Beverage* Entertainment & Production* Faith & Liturgical* Workshops & Demonstrations* Children's Entertainment & Activities* Sponsorship & Grants* Marketing* Logistics & Support Services* Volunteer Recruiting* Research.
